A large island in the south-west of the Digital World, is divided into several sectors, each with a different landscape. As in the Digital World there is no concept of the four seasons, many of these landscapes are scheduled to represent each. All parts of Digimundo, File is what has been described in detail.
Officially, File Island is first mentioned in the manuals of Digimon V-pet and play Digimon version S. Then it would be fully described in the first Digimon World and Digimon World: Digital Card Battle. Also plays an important role in Digimon Adventure and Digimon World 2.
City File: Also known as the People’s Home, is the main town of the island and is located in the center of this. It has several buildings, useful life and training of Digimon in the Digimon are standard continuity: Item Shop (which serves as the Card Shop in Digimon World: Digital Card Battle), Restaurant, Clinic, Battle Arena, an item bank, the Green Gym, a transportation center and port for Birdramon Whamon, a cave for Drimogemon Mount Infinity and farm vegetables and meat products. File A city is serviced by data from the Digimon who have died and are reconfigured in Digitamas. The city is led by Jijimon in Digimon World 1 and 2, and then Rosemon Babamon in Digimon World: Digital Card Battle Gennai in Wonderswan games, and is protected by Elecmon in Digimon Adventure.
Mount Infinity: The highest mountain in the island, almost to the level of the clouds, so that its summit is always covered with snow. In Digimon World, its interior is a huge complex wireframes very similar to the Back Dimension, whereas in the anime, there is a temple full running gear. From its summit you can see the whole island in the Digimon World this is home Mugendramon (Machinedramon), and that is the reason that this mountain is called Mount Infinity (Mugen means as Infinity).
Back Dimension: A strange place is in an alternate dimension of File Island. This consists of wireframes, and is divided in layers, to which portals can be accessed by way of elevators. You can enter this dimension for certain parts of the island, but the gates are opened only for periods of time and at random, although there is a permanent site within the Mount Infinity. A legend says that this place was formed by the space-time distortion caused the death of a very powerful Digimon.
Forest: A large forest inhabited by peaceful Digimon, which covers almost the entire region south of the City File. There are several bathrooms located at random points in the forest.
Kunemon Room: A small region inhabited by Native Forest insect Digimon.
Digital Bridge: A bridge between the Black Forest to the Rainforest, across the small gulf that separates these two regions. It is located near the City File.
Coela Point: A small beach is located south of the island which gives Ocean to the Net In the anime, this place is full of disused telephone boxes. It is so named because its waters are home to several banks Coelamon.
Laguna Ojo de Dragon: A huge lake located in the south-west of the island, amid the Black Forest. In the center of the lagoon is a small island, where an abandoned subway car. The lake has some electrical towers inside. The legends of the Island say a huge Seadramon lives in this lake and forest dwellers say it is a good place to fish.
Beetle-Land: A forest located in the western part of the Laguna Ojo de Dragon. It is a region inhabited by more than anything Insect type Digimon. Because of its location, you can only reach this forest atrevesando the lagoon or using a flying Digimon.
Mount Panorama: A small mountain located between the Forest and Plain Gear, which is actually a dormant volcano. In this mountain there is a fountain of water which is pure and safe to drink, thanks to the high temperatures of the volcano kept clean of germs. At its summit is home to Greymon (at least in the Digimon World: Digital Card Battle), and a recurring meeting point for Mamemon (especially Mamemon brothers), and can be seen from this whole Plain Gear.There is a road on that hill overlooking the plain and usually is plagued by bandits.
Spores Area: A Rare Mount Panorama area full of alien vegetation and rare markings on the ground. It is home to Unimon and also on this site have been sightings of rare Vademon.
Tunnel Drill: A chain of tunnels created artificially in the Mount Panorama. It is home to the Drimogemon and the lower layers of the tunnel are connected to the volcano’s lava chamber. In one of the deepest tunnels is the source of groundwater.
Lava Cave: The volcano itself and home Meramon Meramon and Petit.Apparently Meramon is able to manipulate the volcano at will, sometimes threatens to restart after Meramon this angry.
Cave of the Ancient Leomon: It’s an old cavern where the tomb of Saber Leomon.This cave is very important for all Leomon.
Plain Gear: A long, hot plain with few trees, which occupies almost the entire western part of the island of trees in the forest there is a specialized gym where he lives Leomon (Panjamon in Digimon World: Digital Card Battle). Moreover, in the eastern part of Market Shopkeeper (Digi-Humans strange) open a store every 15 days of rare objects (that store card store serves in the Digimon World: Digital Card Battle) and in the western part is the casino of Fuugamon. Yattarude: A plain region inhabited by Agumon.
Industrial Town: A strange people, which is actually a factory that assembles and disassembles mechanical objects constantly in an endless circle. It is inhabited by cyber Digimon.
Scrap Mountain: A mountain made of scrap and waste disposed by the Industrial Village, located north of the Plain Gear. This place is home to the Digimon “waste” as Numemon or Sukamon.
Kingdom of Dust: The kingdom of Sukamon, which is located within the Mount Scrap. Its ruler is Sukamon Daioh, the leader of the Sukamon.
Pipes: A large chain of sewage that is under the Industrial Village. In the anime, this string is longer, ranging from the Industrial Village to the field of Vending Machines.
Geko Swamp: A swamp inhabited by wet Gekomon.
Daion Region: An area less wet Geko Swamp, which is inside of it. It has a great forest of bamboos and this is where is located the Villa Volume.
Villa Volume: A small village in the center of the region Daion. It is home to Tonosama Gekomon (Shogun Gekomon) and her court and Otamamon Gekomon.
Foggy trees: A thick forest of ancient trees, which is covered by a dense fog, which is controlled by Jureimon (Cherrymon), the guardian of this forest. In the anime, in this forest there is a field of Vending Machines, totally empty, serving as a refuge for Numemon.
Town Toys: A village built in Lego blocks, stuffed dolls and other toys, in the forest of trees nebulous. This is where the toys get abandoned. This village is inhabited mainly by Toy Agumon, and is led by Monzaemon. In Digimon World: Digital Card Battle, here is a card shop.
Costumes Store: The home of the stuffed animals, including Monzaemon.
House Robots: It’s home and Tinmon Hagurumon.
Mansion of Toys: A large mansion in the middle of town, home to the other digimon toy.
Icy lands: A large region of snowy tundra, located in the northeastern region of the island This constantly snowing and the ground is covered with snow. There are some heaters is this region that serve to warm the Digimon that inhabit it, like several refrigerators with an endless supply of food.
Ice Caps: A region of frozen water on the frigid coast of Lands. Given the large cold in this region, water is frozen to form thick layers of ice. This region is home to the Mojamon merchants.
Digimon Curling: Near the Ice Caps are home to Penguinmon, who runs a local Digimon Curling (a popular game among the Digimon).
Sanctuary of Ice: Inside the frigid lands a beautiful sanctuary is made entirely of ice, which venerates the angels digimon. It is home to Angemon.
Kamakura: A small town in the interior of the icy lands. In this region is home to a treating physician Frigimon the digimon who have become ill due to low temperatures of the frigid lands. In Digimon World: Digital Card Battle, here is a card shop.
Secret Cavern of the Bay: A cave inhabited by Whamon, which is hidden in one of the icy shores of the Land.
Grand Canyon: A deep canyon desert, inhabited by bandits Digimon. The barrel is divided into three levels (low, medium and higher), which can be accessed by an elevator located in the middle of the canyon. The barrel communicates with the Rainforest through an invisible bridge.
Monochrome Store: The store Monochromon (Vermilimon in Digimon World: Digital Card Battle), selling all kinds of products to the Digimon that inhabit the canyon (and serves as a store of cards in the Card Battle).
Ogre Strength: The strength Ogremon inhabited by bandits and located at the lowest level of the canyon.
Gre Bridge: A bridge connects the valley with the icy lands. He says he spends much Igamon this region.
Higher Level: The nest Phoenixmon and Birdramon, which is on top of the highest mountain in the canyon.
Tropical Forest: A dense forest, with much plant life and traffic signals scattered everywhere. Some of the trees are fake, with holographic bark, whose interior is a refuge for the Digimon. On the inside of this forest is a small mangrove forest.
Nude Beach: A great beach on the shores of the jungle. It is where Tonosama Gekomon like sunbathing.
Amida Forest: A small forest south of the Rain Forest, where giant bull’s-eyes and ruins of ancient civilizations. Centarumon is home and in the anime here is where the Temple of the Digivice.
Ancient Dino Region: An ancient area of the island inhabited by dinosaur type Digimon. It is divided into two regions: Region Glacial Time, where time is slower than the rest of the Digital World (one day there lasts 2 days at the time the rest of the island) and Fast Time Zone, where the time is twice as fast as in the rest of the Digital World (one day there lasts 12 hours at the time the rest of the island).
Overdell Cemetery: A cemetery inhabited by evil Digimon. It is located in the inner region of the Rainforest. Inside the Dark Aristocrat’s Mansion, which is home to Vamdemon.
